NodeAscend is an engineering-led agency in Faridabad. We build performance websites, AI automation and search systems for businesses across Delhi NCR and three international markets. The team is deliberately small and deliberately senior — which means the work you do is visible, and so is the difference you make to it.

We are not looking for people to fill a seat on a delivery line. Every role below owns an area outright.

Engineering NA-ENG-01

Python Developer

6–7 years experience Full-time Hybrid · Faridabad, Haryana

Build the automation and data services behind our AI work — scrapers, pipelines, RAG backends and the APIs our client platforms run on.

What you will do

  • Design and ship production Python services: FastAPI endpoints, async workers, scheduled pipelines.
  • Own the data layer for RAG and automation products — ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval quality.
  • Write the tests and observability that let a service run unattended over a weekend.
  • Review code across the team and set the Python conventions others follow.

What we are looking for

  • 6–7 years writing Python professionally, most of it on services that other people depend on.
  • Deep FastAPI or Django experience, plus real async work (asyncio, Celery, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable in PostgreSQL: schema design, query plans, and knowing when not to use a database.
  • Has taken something from prototype to production on AWS or GCP, including the deploy pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of LLM application patterns — embeddings, vector stores, prompt and eval loops.

Infrastructure NA-INF-01

Site Reliability Manager

7 years experience Full-time Hybrid · Faridabad, Haryana

Own uptime, latency and cost across every platform we run. Set the SLOs, build the tooling, and lead the response when something breaks.

What you will do

  • Define SLOs and error budgets per service, and hold delivery teams to them.
  • Run the incident process end to end: paging, comms, mitigation, and a blameless write-up that changes something.
  • Build the observability stack — metrics, traces, logs, alerts that fire on symptoms rather than causes.
  • Drive infrastructure cost down without trading away headroom.
  • Mentor engineers on operability so reliability is designed in, not bolted on.

What we are looking for

  • 7 years in SRE, DevOps or platform engineering, including on-call ownership of a production system.
  • Fluent in Kubernetes and Terraform — you have built the cluster, not just deployed to one.
  • Strong scripting in Python, Go or Bash, and comfort reading application code in a language you do not write.
  • Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana and a tracing stack; opinionated about what deserves an alert.
  • Has led an incident review that a team actually acted on.

Adobe AEM Tool Expert

  • Architect AEM Sites implementations: component libraries, templates, content models, dispatcher config.
  • Build editorial experiences authors can actually use without calling engineering.
  • Integrate AEM with commerce, DAM, analytics and identity systems.
  • Own upgrade and migration paths, including AEM as a Cloud Service moves.
  • Set performance and caching standards across dispatcher and CDN layers.

What we are looking for

  • 6–7 years on Adobe Experience Manager, with at least two full implementations delivered.
  • Strong Java, Sling, OSGi and JCR fundamentals — you can debug below the component layer.
  • HTL, Sling Models and editable templates as everyday tools.
  • Dispatcher and CDN caching experience on a site with real traffic.
  • Adobe certification is welcome; shipped work matters more.

Architecture NA-ARC-01

Java Microservice Architect

7 years experience Full-time Hybrid · Faridabad, Haryana

Set the architecture for distributed Java systems — service boundaries, contracts, data ownership and the migration path off the monolith.

What you will do

  • Draw service boundaries that survive contact with a real roadmap, and document why they sit where they do.
  • Own API contracts, versioning policy and the event schema across services.
  • Lead strangler-fig migrations from monolith to services without a big-bang cutover.
  • Set the standards for resilience — timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, idempotency.
  • Review designs across teams and make the trade-offs explicit rather than implicit.

What we are looking for

  • 7 years in Java, with several of them designing rather than only implementing.
  • Spring Boot and Spring Cloud at depth, including the failure modes.
  • Kafka or an equivalent event backbone in production, with a considered view on exactly-once claims.
  • Fluent in domain-driven design vocabulary and able to use it without hiding behind it.
  • Has run a migration that shipped incrementally and did not require a freeze.

  • Work directly with clients as the person accountable for the number.

What we are looking for

  • 6 years in SEO with responsibility for a revenue-linked organic target.
  • Genuinely technical: crawl budget, rendering, Core Web Vitals, log file analysis, structured data.
  • Fluent in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Has recovered a site from an algorithmic hit and can explain what actually caused it.
  • Writes clearly — briefs, audits and client updates are half the job.

Senior Frontend Engineer

What you will do

  • Ship production frontends in Astro, React and Next.js against a sub-second mobile budget.
  • Own Core Web Vitals per project and defend them through the whole build, not at the end.
  • Build interaction and motion work that reads as craft rather than decoration.
  • Hold WCAG 2.2 AA as a floor, including keyboard paths and screen reader flows.
  • Set the component conventions the rest of the team builds on.

What we are looking for

  • 6–7 years in professional frontend work, with performance ownership on real projects.
  • Deep React and TypeScript; Astro or another islands framework is a strong plus.
  • Real CSS depth — layout, containment, and modern motion without reaching for a library first.
  • Has fixed a Core Web Vitals problem by changing architecture, not by changing a score.
  • Accessibility treated as a requirement rather than a checklist at the end.
