Industries we serve: custom CRM, AI, apps and website development

Every industry buys differently, yet online the route to revenue is the same: a buyer searches, compares a few options and contacts the business that answers first and clearest. NodeAscend builds that route for each of the industries we serve, with websites that rank, systems that capture and qualify leads, and custom software that takes the manual work out of the sale.

A digital front is everything a buyer checks before contacting you: your website and how fast it loads, where you rank on Google and in AI answers, your LinkedIn and Google Business presence, and how quickly an enquiry gets a reply. For most businesses it comes down to two outcomes, website ranking and qualified leads, so we build for both before adding anything specific to your industry.

  • 2 weeks to a configured sales CRM
  • 150+ new users a day for an NGO site, no ads
  • 10 paper-trading sessions before any bot goes live
  • ₹0 ad spend behind 3 → 35+ monthly calls

Key takeaways: how NodeAscend works

  • Qualified leads instead of random leads. Every enquiry is scored on fit and intent from real form and behaviour data, so your sales team spends its time on buyers who are ready to talk.
  • Performance websites. Pages built to load fast on mobile networks keep visitors engaged for longer, and speed is part of the Core Web Vitals Google uses to assess page experience.
  • Tracking decides the next piece of content. Google Tag Manager and GA4 show which pages bring leads and which lose visitors. New content is planned from that data, and the weakest pages are refreshed first.
  • Search-ready from launch. Every page ships with schema markup and follows Google Search Central guidance on helpful, people-first content, which is also what AI Overviews draw from.
  • Not sure where your business fits? Start with a free website audit.

Custom CRM and AI automation for manufacturing businesses

Sales CRM, executive app, AI agents, private RAG and website AMC

Move your sales team to a custom CRM built by NodeAscend around the way you already sell. Executives record daily notes, visits, orders and sales from an app, which means invoices are generated on demand from the same record instead of at month end. AI agents then handle follow-ups, flag accounts that have gone quiet and answer staff questions from your own price lists, while private RAG keeps company data off the public internet. Your website stays fast and current under an annual maintenance contract, because it is the first thing a new buyer checks.

02 · Trading and fintech

Algo trading software and fintech app development

Trading platforms, broker integration, super apps and decision-maker CRM

NodeAscend builds algo trading software that connects to your broker’s API, executes your rules without hesitation and logs every order, with a human kill switch and static-IP hosting that meets the 2026 broker API rules. Around it we build fintech mobile apps, super apps whose payments, KYC and portfolio modules ship independently, and a decision-maker CRM that puts pipeline, exposure and pending approvals on one screen for the people who sign off. Every trading build is paper traded first, because live capital is the wrong place to find a bug.

  • Buy/sell signal automation
  • Fintech apps
  • Super apps
  • Decision-maker CRM

03 · New businesses and rebrands

Digital branding for new businesses and rebrands

Brand identity, website, Google Business Profile, social profiles and launch

A new business gets one chance to look established from its first day. NodeAscend builds the complete digital identity in one pass: logo and brand system, a fast website, a verified Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and social profiles, and the launch campaign, so that every channel looks and sounds like the same company. That said, for an established business a rebrand keeps what customers already recognise and rebuilds the rest. Every account, source file and login is registered in your name.

04 · SaaS and AI products

MVP development and AI engineering for SaaS teams

Forward-deployed engineers, AI features, micro frontends and cloud DevOps

When the roadmap needs an experiment built this week, our forward-deployed engineers join your team, read your stack without a hand-holding brief and ship into your repository from a one-page scope. We build MVPs that grow into the product instead of becoming a rewrite, as we did for the Salevant.ai persona engine. Because the core is sound, we then add AI features such as RAG search, agents and personas, and set up what keeps a growing product shippable: micro frontends with module federation, CI/CD pipelines, AWS migration and cloud cost reviews.

05 · D2C brands and e-commerce

E-commerce website development and Google Shopping for D2C brands

Online store, Merchant Center, Business Profile products and brand identity

A D2C brand sells on every channel at once, which means NodeAscend builds its digital identity and connects it end to end: an e-commerce website that explains the product before asking for the order, Google Merchant Center for free Shopping listings, a Google Business Profile carrying your product catalogue, and matching social storefronts. For VAM, a herbal sweet maker in Haridwar, that meant a new identity, a bilingual Hindi and English store and a complete Google presence, built from scratch.

06 · B2B and consulting firms

Lead generation systems for B2B and consulting firms

Lead acquisition, LinkedIn marketing, score-based qualification and CRM routing

B2B firms grow on qualified leads a partner can close. NodeAscend builds lead generation systems end to end: acquisition through search pages, LinkedIn marketing and Google Ads aimed at decision-makers, score-based qualification that ranks every enquiry on fit and intent, and CRM routing that sends the best leads to a person the same day. The rest enter a nurture sequence instead of going cold. Every lead carries its source, which means budget follows the channels that produce clients.

07 · NGOs and community groups

AdSense-ready website development for NGOs

Policy-safe websites, organic reach, member pages and AdSense setup

An NGO website has two jobs: bring in members, volunteers and donors through organic search, and earn from Google AdSense without breaking policy. NodeAscend builds AdSense-ready websites so that approval is a formality: original content structure, the policy pages AdSense reviews, fast loading on basic phones and ad placements that keep the mission visible. The Maithil Brahman Mahasammelan site we built now draws 150+ new users a day from organic search, with AdSense approved.

How much does an industry build cost?

Most first engagements cost between ₹15,000 and ₹12,00,000, and the spread comes from what the system has to do rather than from the industry label. An NGO that needs an AdSense-ready site is a website project. A trading desk that needs every order logged and a kill switch is a software project, which means it is priced like one.

Typical starting point by industry, 2026
Industry Usually starts with Typical cost Time to first result
Manufacturing and industrial Custom CRM with an executive app ₹75,000 – ₹5,00,000+ 2 weeks (configured) to 16 weeks (custom)
Trading and fintech One scoped strategy, or a fintech app MVP ₹3,00,000 – ₹12,00,000, plus ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 a month to run 6 – 10 weeks
New businesses and rebrands Brand identity with a business website ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 for the website, identity quoted with it 3 – 5 weeks
SaaS and AI products MVP of the core feature ₹75,000 – ₹5,00,000+ 6 – 16 weeks
D2C brands and e-commerce Store, Merchant Center and Business Profile ₹60,000 – ₹2,00,000 4 – 8 weeks
B2B and consulting firms Lead capture site with scoring and CRM routing ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 site, plus ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 a month for SEO 3 – 5 weeks to launch
NGOs and community groups AdSense-ready website ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 2 – 3 weeks

Every quote we send is itemised, which means you can see what each line costs and phase the parts you do not need yet. For a closer estimate on a website, see website development cost in India.

How an engagement runs, whatever the industry

Every engagement moves through the same five stages, and you can see the work at each one, because the industry changes what gets built but not how you are kept informed.

  1. Stage 1 — We look at what you already have. The current site or system, the analytics, and where today’s enquiries or orders actually come from. You get a written finding instead of a pitch deck.
  2. Stage 2 — We agree the shape. What each page, screen, agent or integration has to make happen, signed off before anything is designed.
  3. Stage 3 — You watch it get built. A live staging link from the start, so that you comment on the real thing instead of a PDF.
  4. Stage 4 — Handover. Once the deliverables are confirmed with you, the domain, hosting, repository and analytics move to your accounts under the contract terms, with the passwords.
  5. Stage 5 — Measure and improve. Google Tag Manager and GA4 show which pages bring qualified leads. New content is planned from that data and the weakest pages are refreshed first.

Questions about the industries we serve

Which industries does NodeAscend serve?

We serve manufacturing and industrial businesses, trading and fintech companies, new businesses and rebrands, SaaS and AI product teams, D2C brands and online stores, B2B and consulting firms, and NGOs. If your business sits outside these, the same building blocks usually apply: a website that ranks, systems that capture and qualify leads, and software that removes manual work from the sale.

What does a website AMC include?

A website AMC (annual maintenance contract) covers software and plugin updates, security patches, backups, uptime checks, content and product-page changes, and a regular speed check. It is priced by the size of the site and the hours of changes you expect each month. That way the website stays current and fast instead of needing a full rebuild every two years.

Can AI use our company data without putting it on the internet?

Yes. Private RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) runs the AI against your documents on your own server or private cloud, so price lists, contracts and reports never go to a public chatbot. Staff ask questions in plain language and get answers with the source document cited. We add access controls, so that each person only sees what their role allows.

Can you connect our systems with third-party or different software?

Yes. Our team first analyses the scope: what each system holds, how it shares data and what must not change. We then recommend the right integration, whether an API connection, a middleware layer or a scheduled sync, and build it without breaking the systems you already run. Payment gateways, ERPs, CRMs, accounting tools and broker platforms are all common cases.

Do you build a complete digital identity for a new business?

Yes. For a new business we design the logo and brand system, build the website, set up and verify the Google Business Profile, create the social profiles and run the launch campaign, all from one team. Because one team does it all, the logo, the website and the Google listing look like the same company, and every login is registered in your name.

How does score-based lead qualification work?

Each enquiry gets points for fit, such as company size, budget and the service asked for, and for intent, such as pages viewed, repeat visits and pricing requests. Leads above a threshold go straight to a person with an alert. The rest enter an automated nurture sequence instead of being ignored, so sales time goes to the enquiries most likely to sign.

Who owns the website, code and data at the end?

You do. Under the contract terms, handover is the final stage of every project. Once we confirm the deliverables with you, the domain, hosting, code repository, analytics and data are transferred to your accounts with full access, and the passwords are handed over. From that point you can run it in-house, keep us on a retainer or move to another team.
